Resort Hotel: Ueckermuende

The port city of Ueckermuende is located on the German side of the border with Poland along the Baltic Sea coastline and the Bay of Stettin. In addition to beautiful beaches, the Bay also provides excellent sailing for boating enthusiasts not only from Germany but also from Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.

The site is located at the confluence of the Uecker River and the Bay of Stettin. The proposed 200 room hotel includes conference facilities, its own dock, and a wellness center which connects the hotel with the swimming pool designed as a palm house for year-round use.

The extensive garden acts as a connection between the hotel, the beach area, and the neighboring lagoon development, creating an attractive ensemble. A 500 seat outdoor amphitheater is located within the garden to accommodate the planned series of special events and concerts intended to attract guests to the hotel, making Ueckermuende not only a recreational but also a cultural resort.
