setting, the existing 2 -storey structure no longer meets the standards
for elderly care. |

us to study how a larger facility (240 beds) could be placed on the
site
without the destruction of the mature trees. |

proposal was
for a 7 -storey H - shaped structure with the individual rooms oriented
East - West and the service area as the link between the two wings. |
