building had been expanded throughout the years. However, no thought
had
been given to the quality of the materials or to the need of a new
foundation.
The project involved the complete renovation and modernization of the
exterior
and interior, as well as new foundations and a new built-out roof. Cost
control was coordinated with the state authority who provided 80% of
the
funding. |
