| In
1993, the city
of Fürstenwalde commissioned us to analyze the 16 former "military
Bases" within their jurisdiction. A complete documentation of the
existing
properties was prepared, including building substance and usage, along
with reports documenting contamination. |
|
| Proposals
were made
as to how to integrate the bases into the city including demolitions,
conversions,
and new usage. |
|
| Detailed
studies
were made including the preparation of the legally required development
plans for two of these bases: Henry Hall (residential) and
Langewahler
Strasse (commercial and industrial) |
|
| These
development
plans regulate traffic access, infrastructure (gas, water, sewer),
building
area, height, density, and usage. |
