on the last
major vacant site in the center of Berlin, the master planning was
carried
out together with the Miami based firm of Duany, Plater-Zyberk,
Architects
and Town Planners, along the principles of “New Urbanism”. |

| The
90,000 square
meter mixed use development contains shops, restaurants, housing,
offices,
and a 5-star hotel. Planned by a team of international architects, the
buildings will be constructed of traditional materials and are designed
to fit into the historical surroundings. |
