resort community for over 2000 persons. |

Miami based firm of Duany, Plater-Zyberk, Architects and Town Planners,
this development is conceived along the principles of "New Urbanism",
the
first such major project in Germany. The housing is planned within two
garden-city communities, complete with shops, restaurants, hotel, beach
club, post office, and sport facilities. A 27-hole golf course complete
with a club house and hotel, as well as a new marina will complement
the
resort. |
